Ingredients
2 slices of sourdough bread
2 tbsp of butter (Or Sabatino Black Truffle Butter)
2 large eggs
1oz Fresh Black Winter Truffle
1tsp Sabatino Truffle & Sea Salt
Fresh chives finely chopped for garnish

Method
- Heat a small to medium nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- While the pan is heating up, in a toaster, toast sourdough slices until nicely browned or toasted to your liking.
- Meanwhile, melt 1/2 tbsp of butter in the skilled and cook on egg sunny side up.
- Remove the toast form the toaster and spread your butter or truffle butter on each slice.
- Place the cooked egg on top of one slice of toast and repeat for the other slice.
- Once your toasts are assembled, sprinkle the truffle salt onto, and garnish with chives and fresh shaved truffle.
