1- 4 oz burrata
2 tbsp Sabatino White Truffle Infused Olive Oil
18 crostini or crackers
Radicchio leaves (optional)
Hazelnuts (optional)
Salt and pepper

18 crostini or crackers

METHOD

1Arrange burrata, crostini, radicchio leaves and hazelnuts on a platter.

2Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
