Burrata with White Truffle Oil

Ingredients

1- 4 oz burrata
2 tbsp Sabatino White Truffle Infused Olive Oil
18 crostini or crackers
Radicchio leaves (optional)
Hazelnuts (optional)
Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Arrange burrata, crostini, radicchio leaves and hazelnuts on a platter.
  2. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Slice into the burrata with a cheese knife or spoon and drizzle 2 tbsp (or more!) of Sabatino White Truffle Infused Olive Oil.
