INGREDIENTS
Calabrian Truffle Crunch Butter
10 Scallops
10 Scallops
METHOD

1In a cast iron skillet, sear the prepared sea scallops until golden on both sides.

2Place a slice of Calabrian Truffle Crunch butter into each scallop shell, then set a seared scallop on top.

3Transfer the scallop-filled shells to the hot grill.

4Once the butter begins to bubble, add another slice of butter on top of each scallop. Cook for an additional 3 minutes, then serve hot.
