Cider Poached Pears with Truffle Honey

Ingredients

5 pears
1 gallon Apple Cider
2-3 Cinnamon sticks
5 Clovers
Sabatino Truffle Honey
Bee Pollen
Vanilla Bean ice Cream

Method

  1. Peel the pears and place them in a large pot. Add apple cider and water until the pears are fully submerged.
  2. Add cinnamon sticks and cloves to the pot.
  3. Cut a piece of parchment paper into a circle to fit the pot, then place it directly on top of the liquid to keep the pears submerged.
  4. Simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the pears are tender. Remove from the liquid and plate.
  5. Drizzle Sabatino Truffle Honey over each pear, add a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream, and finish with a sprinkle of bee pollen for a flavorful touch.
