Hot Truffle Cucumber Salad

INGREDIENTS

2 large cucumbers
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp rice vinegar
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
Pinch of salt
Toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
Drizzle of Sabatino Truffle Crunch Hot

METHOD

    Using a vegetable peeler, slice the cucumbers lengthwise into thin ribbons. Continue peeling until you reach the seeds, then rotate and repeat on all four sides.

    In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, sugar, and sesame oil until well blended.

    Arrange the cucumber ribbons in a deep bowl, either loosely or in a circular pattern, starting from the outer edge and working your way in.
