Hot Truffle Cucumber Salad

Hot Truffle Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

2 large cucumbers
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp rice vinegar
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
Pinch of salt
Toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
Drizzle of Sabatino Truffle Crunch Hot

Method

  1. Using a vegetable peeler, slice the cucumbers lengthwise into thin ribbons. Continue peeling until you reach the seeds, then rotate and repeat on all four sides.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, sugar, and sesame oil until well blended.
  3. Arrange the cucumber ribbons in a deep bowl, either loosely or in a circular pattern, starting from the outer edge and working your way in.
  4. Pour the dressing over the cucumbers, ensuring even coverage.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds and Sabatino Truffle Crunch Hot. Serve and enjoy!
