This spin on a classic white pie features zesty thinly sliced lemons, sweet shallots, and a bold drizzle of our Calabrian Truffle Crunch for just the right kick of heat. Fresh, bright, and anything but ordinary.

Lemon Calabrian Truffle Crunch Pizza

INGREDIENTS

Pizza dough 
Olive oil 
Shredded mozzarella cheese 
Thinly sliced lemons 
Fresh basil, roughly chopped 
Shallots, thinly sliced 
Sabatino Calabrian Truffle Crunch 

METHOD

    Preheat your oven to 500°F.

    Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.

    Drizzle a light layer of olive oil over the dough.

    Sprinkle generously with shredded mozzarella.

    Evenly distribute the lemon slices and shallots over the cheese.

    Add another light drizzle of olive oil over the top.

    Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.

    Remove from the oven and finish with chopped fresh basil and a generous drizzle of Sabatino Calabrian Truffle Crunch.
