Pizza dough
Olive oil
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Thinly sliced lemons
Fresh basil, roughly chopped
Shallots, thinly sliced

METHOD

1Preheat your oven to 500°F.

2Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.

3Drizzle a light layer of olive oil over the dough.

4Sprinkle generously with shredded mozzarella.

5Evenly distribute the lemon slices and shallots over the cheese.

6Add another light drizzle of olive oil over the top.

7Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
