Pork, Mushroom, & Truffle Lettuce Cups
A refined combination of seasoned pork, earthy mushrooms, and luxurious Sabatino Black Truffle Sauce nestled in delicate lettuce leaves, offering an elegant appetizer choice for discerning palates and special occasions alike.

INGREDIENTS
1 lb ground pork
Salt
Pepper
4 oz shiitake mushrooms, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp Sabatino Black Truffle Sauce
1 small bunch scallions, sliced thin and whites separated from greens
2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
1 radish or carrot, julienned
1 head boston or bibb lettuce, washed and separated into ‘cups’
Sriracha or Sweet Chili Sauce

4 oz shiitake mushrooms, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp Sabatino Black Truffle Sauce
1 small bunch scallions, sliced thin and whites separated from greens
2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
1 radish or carrot, julienned
1 head boston or bibb lettuce, washed and separated into ‘cups’
Sriracha or Sweet Chili Sauce
METHOD

Season the pork with 1 tsp salt and ½ tsp pepper.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the pork, breaking into pieces with a spoon.

Stir in shiitakes, garlic, scallion whites and ginger and continue to cook until most of the liquid has cooked off.

Stir in soy sauce, cook until pork is cooked through then remove from heat and stir in Black Truffle Sauce.

To serve, mound a small amount of pork mixture on each lettuce cup. Top with scallions, radish julienne, sesame seeds and chili sauce to your liking.
