Ricotta, Fig, and Truffle Honey Toast

INGREDIENTS

2 slices whole grain bread
½ cup whole milk ricotta
Salt
Pepper
6 fresh figs, sliced
½ cup arugula
2 tbsp Sabatino Truffle & Honey

METHOD

    In a small bowl, combine ricotta with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.

    Toast bread slices until they are golden.

    Spread ¼ cup ricotta on each slice of toast, layer fig slices, and top with arugula.

    Drizzle each with one tablespoon of truffle honey.

    Cut each toast in half to serve.
