Honey Balsamic Truffle Avocado Toast
Add this gourmet avocado toast to your menu! You could always incorporate a sunny side or poached egg to give it more of a truffled breakfast twist.

INGREDIENTS
2 thick slices of sourdough bread
1 medium avocado
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 beautiful heirloom tomato
Your juice of micro-greens
2 tablespoons of Sabatino Truffle Honey
1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste

METHOD

1Heat a cast iron skilled on medium heat and toast you bread with a little bit of butter. Toast your bread until it starts to get a nice char around the edges.

2Remove pit from avocado and mash the avocado with the lemon juice.

3In a small mixing bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar and the sabatino truffle honey until combined.

4Spread half of the mashed avocado on each piece of bread, top with slice heirloom tomatoes, micro greens, and a drizzle of the truffle honey balsamic. Sprinkle pepper flakes, salt and pepper and enjoy!
