Truffle Fondue

Take your fondue to the next level by adding a drizzle of Sabatino’s Truffle Ranch for a bit of tanginess, a splash of Truffle Hot Sauce for some heat, or a dollop of Truffle Aioli for extra creaminess. Best enjoyed with a bottle of white wine, alongside fresh bread, cured meats, and crisp apples. Buon appetito!

Truffle Fondue

INGREDIENTS

1 cup grated Gruyère cheese
1 cup grated Fontina cheese
1/2 cup dry white wine (or broth)
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp Sabatino Truffle Aioli, Truffle Ranch, or Truffle Hot Sauce (to enhance the fondue)

METHOD

    Combine your ingredients into a Dutch Oven on medium heat until cheese is completely melted.

    Add one of our condiments to the cheese mixture and stir

    Transfer the cheese into a bread bowl or enjoy straight out of the dutch oven.
