Truffle Party Mix

Indulge in the ultimate Truffle Party Mix, a luxurious twist on a classic snack favorite. Combining the savory crunch of chex cereal, mini pretzel twists, and peanuts, this recipe is elevated to new heights with the addition of Sabatino Truffle Crisps, Black Truffle Infused Olive Oil, and Truffle Zest®.

Truffle Party Mix

Ingredients

2 cups rice chex
2 cups corn chex
1 cup wheat chex
1.5 cup mini pretzel twists
1 cup Sabatino Truffle Crisps - broken into halves and quarters
1 cup peanuts
1 stick butter
2 tbsp Sabatino Black Truffle Infused Olive Oil
2 tbsp Sabatino Truffle Zest® or Truffle Zest® Hot

Method

  1. Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat or microwave at 50% power until melted. When melted, stir in Truffle oil and 1 tbsp zest.
  2. Add all chex, pretzels, crisps and peanuts to a large bowl, Add butter mix and stir to coat.
  3. Bake at 250F for 1 hour, stirring frequently. Cereal should be crispy. If not, toast a little longer.
  4. Remove from the oven and shake another tablespoon of Truffle Zest® over the party mix and let cool.
  5. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
