Truffle Soft Scrambled Eggs

A soft scramble is classic way to prepare your eggs. Elevate this breakfast dish with fresh truffle.

Truffle Scrambled Eggs

INGREDIENTS

2 large eggs
1 pinch of salt
2 teaspoons of butter
1/4 teaspoons of white truffle oil
1 teaspoon of chives chopped small
Shave of fresh white truffle

METHOD

    In a small mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until frothy, add a small pinch of salt.

    Warm a pan over low heat, and melt a knob of butter, coating the pan evenly.

    When the butter starts to bubble slightly, pour in your scrambled eggs and use a rubber spatula to gently and consistently fold the eggs back and forth.

    Cook until light and fluffy, serve immediately. Garnish with a drizzle of white truffle oil, shaved fresh white truffle, and chives.
