Meet Chef John Moshos from Elm Street Diner in Stamford, CT.

John has been the owner-operator of Elm Street Diner since 1987. Elm Street Diner, started by John's parents, has been his playground since he was a kid. After attending NYU and a stint on Wall Street, John returned to the family business intent on taking it to a new level. Now, John creates the cheat day comfort foods that his fans know and love today!

John's food has been featured on in places such as Food Network, NBC, ABC, and Fox. He's known for his unique, innovative, and over-the-top creations! John's passion is in hospitality and seeing the look on someone's face when he creates something they've never seen before. He thrives on leaving a memorable impression!

Oh MAN! Immediately, when I caught that first hint, I was like, "What IS that?!" and "I NEED THAT!"

Pasta and Brunch for sure.
