Sabatino x Hotel Marcel: A Summer Truffle Culinary Journey

For the third consecutive year, Sabatino is proud to partner with Chef Megan Gill and the culinary team at BLDG at Hotel Marcel in New Haven, Connecticut, for an unforgettable celebration of summer truffles. 

This year’s collaboration invites guests to experience a five-course culinary journey inspired by the flavors of the summer truffle season. Each course highlights the versatility and elegance of fresh truffles, thoughtfully incorporated into dishes created by Chef Megan Gill and her team. To complete the experience, each course will be paired with complementary wines selected to enhance the flavors of the menu. 

The evening is a celebration of local culinary talent, seasonal ingredients, and Sabatino’s long-standing passion for bringing the world of truffles to the table. 

Beyond an unforgettable evening of food and wine, this collaboration also supports an important local organization. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Common Ground, a center for learning and leadership that brings people of all ages and identities together to connect with their urban environment, build community, discover their full potential, and contribute to a more just and sustainable world. 

We’re excited to once again bring together Sabatino, BLDG at Hotel Marcel, and the Connecticut culinary community for an evening centered around truffles, exceptional food, great wine, and giving back.
