We had an unforgettable snowy winter evening in the Hamptons, partnering with Wolffer Estates to celebrate the 1995 Disgorged Sparkling Rosé. Guests enjoyed a selection of exquisite passed hors d'oeuvres featuring Sabatino truffle honey and truffle oil. The night kicked off with a stunning live violin performance, setting the tone for an evening of indulgence.

We were treated to caviar, brie bites drizzled with truffle honey, shishito peppers with truffle oil, deviled eggs topped with truffle honey, and a rich mushroom flatbread finished with truffle oil. As we savored each bite, we were also given an inside look at the making of this Long Island wine, learning about the rich history of the winery while soaking in the beauty of the cellar.
