Bird’s Nests with Calabrian Truffle Crunch
A playful Easter recipe that’s as fun to make as it is to eat. These crispy potato “nests” are perfect for little hands to help create, yet refined enough for everyone at the table to enjoy. Finished with a jammy egg and a touch of Calabrian Truffle Crunch, they strike the perfect balance of comfort and sophistication.
Ingredients
6 eggs
Salt & pepper
Butter
Parmesan cheese
Calabrian Truffle Crunch
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Generously butter a muffin tin to prevent sticking.
- Take a handful of shredded potatoes and press into each muffin cup, forming a well in the center to resemble a bird’s nest.
- Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden and crisp
- Remove from the oven and carefully crack one egg into each nest.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 8–10 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your preference.
- Finish with freshly shaved Parmesan and a drizzle of Calabrian Truffle Crunch. Serve over a bed of greens and enjoy.
