Blood Orange Calabrian Chicken Thighs
A simple meal with refined flavor. The fresh brightness of blood orange meets the bold kick of Calabrian Truffle Crunch—served over a bed of white rice for an effortlessly elegant dish.

2 Blood Oranges
½ cup Calabrian Truffle Crunch
Salt & Pepper
Method
- Pat your chicken dry and season with salt and pepper
- Once the grill is hot put your chicken thighs on and cook for about 6 min per side
- Put the ½ cup of Calabrian truffle crunch into a mixing bowl. Remove the cooked chicken thighs from the grill and transfer to the mixing bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Then transfer to a plate or serving platter. Squeeze the blood orange onto the chicken thighs and drizzle any remaining Calabrian crunch onto the platter.
