4 garlic cloves, minced
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste
1 teaspoon worcestershire
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
3 Tablespoons olive oil
1 Tablespoon Sabatino Tartufi Truffle Oil
1 Tablespoon water
