Ingredients
1 gallon Apple Cider
2-3 Cinnamon sticks
5 Clovers
Sabatino Truffle Honey

- Peel the pears and place them in a large pot. Add apple cider and water until the pears are fully submerged.
- Add cinnamon sticks and cloves to the pot.
- Cut a piece of parchment paper into a circle to fit the pot, then place it directly on top of the liquid to keep the pears submerged.
- Simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the pears are tender. Remove from the liquid and plate.
