Raspberry Truffle Honey Fizz
Sweet, bubbly, and incredibly refreshing, this Raspberry Truffle Honey Fizz is the perfect sip for warm days. Fresh muddled raspberries and luxurious truffle honey create a beautifully balanced cocktail that's topped with sparkling water for a light, effervescent finish. Add a splash of gin for an elegant cocktail or leave it out for an equally delicious mocktail.
Ingredients
1 cup fresh raspberries, muddled
1 oz aquafaba
4 oz gin (optional, for a cocktail)
3 oz seltzer water (for a mocktail or to top off)
Sabatino Truffle Honey, for drizzling
Fresh raspberries, for garnish
Method
- Muddle the fresh raspberries in a cocktail shaker.
- Add the lemon juice, aquafaba, and gin (if using). Shake vigorously until well combined.
- Add ice and shake again for about 30 seconds, until chilled and frothy.
- Drizzle Sabatino Truffle Honey around the inside of your serving glass.
- For a mocktail, divide 3 oz of seltzer water into the glasses. (If making a cocktail, you can also top with seltzer for a lighter, sparkling finish if desired.)
- Double strain the mixture into the prepared glass to remove the raspberry seeds and pulp.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries and enjoy!
