Chefs Note: This can be served canapé-style as an hors d'oeuvre by using a baguette instead of sliced bread.

Ingredients
½ cup whole milk ricotta
Salt
Pepper
6 fresh figs, sliced
½ cup arugula
2 tbsp Sabatino Truffle & Honey
Method
- In a small bowl, combine ricotta with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
- Toast bread slices until they are golden.
- Spread ¼ cup ricotta on each slice of toast, layer fig slices, and top with arugula.
- Drizzle each with one tablespoon of truffle honey.
- Cut each toast in half to serve.
