Baguette
Feta cheese
Calabrian truffle crunch
Salt & pepper
Butter
Chives
Method
- Season the filet mignon with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over high heat, add butter, and sear the filet for about 3 minutes on one side and 1 minute on the other.
- Slice the baguette and lightly drizzle with olive oil.
- Cut the filet into bite-sized pieces.
- Place a piece of filet on each baguette slice.
- Top with crumbled feta, a drizzle of Calabrian truffle crunch, and finely chopped chives.
