Steak Crostini with Calabrian Truffle Crunch

Ingredients

Filet mignon 
Baguette 
Feta cheese 
Calabrian truffle crunch 
Salt & pepper 
Butter 
Chives 

Method

  1. Season the filet mignon with salt and pepper. 
  2. Heat a skillet over high heat, add butter, and sear the filet for about 3 minutes on one side and 1 minute on the other.
  3. Slice the baguette and lightly drizzle with olive oil. 
  4. Cut the filet into bite-sized pieces. 
  5. Place a piece of filet on each baguette slice. 
  6. Top with crumbled feta, a drizzle of Calabrian truffle crunch, and finely chopped chives.
