Fresh Burgundy Truffles are Now in Season

TRUFFLE 7-LAYER DIP

INGREDIENTS

1 16 oz can refried beans

4 oz sour cream

8 oz cream cheese

1 ½ cups guacamole (prepared)1 cupSalsa (drained)

¼ cup Sabatino Truffle Hot Sauce

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 bunch green onions

½ cup black olives

Bonus topping: Sliced Summer Truffles OR Truffle Zest® 

DIRECTIONS

First Layer: Grab a 9X13 pan and spread refried beans as the base of the dish.

Second Layer: Add the sour cream mixture.

Third Layer: Spread guacamole mixture.

Fourth Layer: Top with Salsa + truffle hot sauce mixture.

Fifth Layer: Sprinkle on cheese.

Sixth Layer: Garnish with Green Onions.

Seventh Layer: Garnish with Black Olives.
