PLEASE NOTE: Whole Truffles will often have a little nick , we call this a "canifer". This is a man-made nick done to check the ripeness of the flesh, by the forager. The forager will make a little cut with a special knife called a "canife”, hence the term "canifer".

We hope you all had a fantastic long holiday weekend!
We are very pleased to have received another beautiful batch of Black Summer Truffles (tuber aestivum). The quality is exquisite in this batch! Really good-sized, evenly ripened pieces that are sporting very fragrant and nutty aromas. They are well formed and round and feature very ornate marbling when sliced.
This week we will be offering both whole and cuts tiers. Prices are slightly up this week.
