PopUp Bagels x Sabatino

In November 2024, Sabatino had the pleasure of hosting the incredible PopUp Bagels team at our truffle orchard in Umbria, Italy, to celebrate the launch of our very first collaboration, a luxurious Truffle Cream Cheese. Surrounded by the rolling hills and the unmistakable aroma of fresh truffles, we marked the beginning of a partnership that blended artisanal craftsmanship with bold, innovative flavor.

The collaboration was such a success that we couldn’t stop there. Building on the excitement and demand, we teamed up again to create something equally decadent, a Truffle Butter that takes ripping and dipping to the next level.
