Sabatino x Chefs Roll Competition

To start 2026 in true truffle fashion, we partnered with Chefs Roll to launch a nationwide culinary challenge. Chefs from across the United States were invited to create an original recipe showcasing our premium truffle products - and the results were nothing short of extraordinary. 

Each participating chef received a Sabatino “Treasure Box” filled with a curated selection of our signature truffle ingredients. From bold, innovative techniques to beautifully balanced flavor profiles, the submissions demonstrated remarkable creativity and craftsmanship.
