INGREDIENTS
3 dozen clams
1 Medium onion, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, sliced
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 cup of cherry tomatoes
1 tablespoon of Sabatino Truffle Crunch Hot
1 cup white wine
3.5 cups crushed tomatoes
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon Salt
Freshly cracked black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
Freshly chopped Parsley
1 Medium onion, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, sliced
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 cup of cherry tomatoes
1 tablespoon of Sabatino Truffle Crunch Hot
1 cup white wine
3.5 cups crushed tomatoes
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon Salt
Freshly cracked black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
Freshly chopped Parsley
METHOD

1Heat a braising pan over medium heat and add olive oil, onions, and garlic. Sauté until the onions are translucent.

2Stir in the tomato paste, mixing well to ensure it's evenly incorporated.

3Pour in the white wine and let the mixture simmer for about 3 minutes.

4Add the tomato sauce and bring the mixture to a boil. Let it cook for about 5 minutes.

5Stir in the Sabatino Calabrian Truffle Crunch, cherry tomatoes, and clams.

6Cover the pan with a lid and continue to simmer over medium heat until the clams have opened.
