Spicy Clam Fra Diavolo
Heating things up with our Spicy Clam Fra Diavolo! Made with fresh tomatoes, clams, vibrant herbs, and a fiery kick of Truffle Crunch Hot, this dish is bursting with bold, fresh flavors.

Ingredients
1 Medium onion, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, sliced
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 cup of cherry tomatoes
1 tablespoon of Sabatino Truffle Crunch Hot
1 cup white wine
3.5 cups crushed tomatoes
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon Salt
Freshly cracked black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
Freshly chopped Parsley
Method
- Heat a braising pan over medium heat and add olive oil, onions, and garlic. Sauté until the onions are translucent.
- Stir in the tomato paste, mixing well to ensure it's evenly incorporated.
- Pour in the white wine and let the mixture simmer for about 3 minutes.
- Add the tomato sauce and bring the mixture to a boil. Let it cook for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the Sabatino Calabrian Truffle Crunch, cherry tomatoes, and clams.
- Cover the pan with a lid and continue to simmer over medium heat until the clams have opened.
