Truffle Butter & Roasted Radishes
A timeless French-inspired pairing: the crisp, peppery bite of radishes meets the richness of creamy butter, creating an irresistible flavor combination. A touch of truffle takes it to the next level. Simple, elegant, and unforgettable.
Ingredients
½ cup Sabatino Sliced Black Summer Truffles
¼ cup olive oil from the Sliced Black Summer Truffles
Whole radishes
Olive oil
Flaky sea salt, for finishing
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Wash and clean the radishes, toss them lightly in olive oil, and spread them on a baking sheet.
- Roast for about 20 minutes, until tender and slightly caramelized.
- While the radishes roast, soften the butter and mix in the Sliced Black Summer Truffles along with the truffle olive oil. Add more oil if you prefer a stronger truffle flavor.
- Remove the roasted radishes from the oven and serve them atop the truffle butter.
- Finish with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt and enjoy immediately.
