
INGREDIENTS
2 slices of sourdough bread
2 tbsp of butter (Or Sabatino Black Truffle Butter)
2 large eggs
1oz Fresh Black Winter Truffle
1tsp Sabatino Truffle & Sea Salt
Fresh chives finely chopped for garnish
2 tbsp of butter (Or Sabatino Black Truffle Butter)

METHOD

1Heat a small to medium nonstick skillet over medium heat.

2While the pan is heating up, in a toaster, toast sourdough slices until nicely browned or toasted to your liking.

3Meanwhile, melt 1/2 tbsp of butter in the skilled and cook on egg sunny side up.

4Remove the toast form the toaster and spread your butter or truffle butter on each slice.

5Place the cooked egg on top of one slice of toast and repeat for the other slice.

6Once your toasts are assembled, sprinkle the truffle salt onto, and garnish with chives and fresh shaved truffle.
