TRIPLE THREAT Truffle Avocado Toast


2 Slices Whole Wheat Sourdough or Multi Grain Bread

1 Medium Avocado

1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

10 Cherry Tomatoes Sliced in Half

Alfalfa or Broccoli Sprouts

3 Tablespoons Sabatino Truffle Honey

1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar

1/2 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes

Salt and Pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 425 Degrees

 Toast Slices of Bread until Crispy on the outside but still soft inside. 

Remove Pit from Avocado and mash avocado with lemon Juice.

 Mix Balsamic Vinegar and Truffle Honey

Spread half of mashed avocado on each piece of bread, top with sprouts, cherry tomatoes and Honey Balsamic Drizzle.  Sprinkle Pepper Flakes on top, season lightly with salt and pepper
