Truffle Honey Chocolate Truffles
Indulge in the divine blend of rich chocolate and luxurious truffle honey. These decadent treats are delicately coated in cocoa powder and perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings or impressing guests with their sophisticated flavor profile.

Ingredients
1 cup heavy cream
3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
2 tbsp Truffle Honey
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
Method
- Place chopped chocolate in a medium bowl. In a small saucepan, bring cream to a boil.
- Pour boiling cream over the chocolate. Let sit for two minutes, then whisk until smooth. Stir in butter and honey.
- Refrigerate until firm (at least two hours)
- Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper. Scoop about a tablespoon of the chocolate ganache and use your hands to roll into a ball.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Place cocoa powder in a bowl and once the truffles are chilled, roll in the cocoa powder. Serve on a platter or in individual mini muffin tin liners.
