Season:
October - December
Hailing primarily from the Piedmont (Piemonte) region of Italy, these culinary gems have the most pronounced and fragrant aromas of any truffle species. This makes them the most highly sought-after truffle variety on the market and due to extremely limited supply and availability, also makes them the most expensive truffles in the world.
