Join us at the Sabatino Showroom — 400 E 54th St, New York, NY — for an unforgettable evening of truffle-infused pasta making, led by Next Gen Chef finalist Chef Ilke Schaaf.
Doors open at 5:30 PM for a relaxed aperitivo as guests arrive and mingle. The hands-on pasta class will begin around 6:00 PM and lasts approximately two hours.
You’ll discover the art of crafting fresh, homemade pasta while diving into the world of truffles: how to use them, pair them, and truly appreciate their flavor. The evening features a curated charcuterie board highlighting Sabatino products, followed by an interactive cooking experience with Chef Ilke, culminating in the enjoyment of your handmade pasta finished with shavings of real, fresh truffles.
Guests will also take home a thoughtfully curated gift bag to continue the truffle experience at home.
This event is BYOB, so feel free to bring your favorite bottle of wine and savor the moment.
Refund requests must be made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled pasta making class. Requests made within 48 hours of the class are non-refundable.
