 Join us at the Sabatino Showroom - 400 E 54th St, New York, NY 10022 - for an unforgettable evening of truffle-infused pasta making, led by Next Gen Cheffinalist, Chef Ilke Schaaf.

Discover the art of crafting fresh, homemade pasta while diving into the world of truffles- how to use them, pair them, and fully appreciate their flavor.

The evening begins with a curated charcuterie board featuring Sabatino products, followed by a hands on class led by Chef Ilke ending with the enjoyment of your handmade pasta topped with shavings of real, fresh truffles.

Guests will also take home a curated gift bag to continue the truffle experience at home.
