Hey, everyone, it is white truffle season. And take a look at these gorgeous white truffles. So white truffles are also called Tuber magnatum pico. They come into season October through December, so we have a very short time to enjoy this gorgeous truffle. The skin is fragile and smooth, and the flesh ranges from pale cream to brownish pink with white marbling like you can see here. The aroma is intense, with a combination of garlic cheese and earth.
